We are dedicated to the rental of basic walkie-talkies and megaphones for logistics companies, warehouses, and crane operators, with the purpose of coordinating loading and unloading operations in industrial parks. The service includes the equipment, charged batteries, and a brief usage instruction.

3. Customer Obligations

• Use the equipment solely for legal purposes and operational communication in industrial environments.
• Return the equipment in the condition it was received, except for normal wear and tear.
• Assume financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or serious damage caused by negligence or misuse.
• Do not attempt to unlock, modify, or repair the rented hardware.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ecoute & Télécharge is not responsible for:

• Communication interruptions due to interference inherent to the industrial environment.
• Damages or losses resulting from misuse of the equipment by the customer or their personnel.
• Consequences of operational decisions made based on communication through our equipment.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the rental paid for the period in question.

5. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to use our radiocommunication equipment for:

• Any activity that infringes copyright, including the transmission, distribution, or music piracy.
• Streaming of copyrighted content or illegal MP3 downloads.
• Communications that are illegal, defamatory, or that promote illicit activities.

Non-compliance with this clause will result in the immediate termination of the service and possible legal action.
